After a highly successful career in Executive Search, and a personal awakening for a more purposeful life focus Career Boosters came to life. Early in 2020 I recognized an opportunity to help two populations sorely neglected in the marketplace, young college grads first starting out and those at a Life’s Crossroad. Our mission right from the start is to inspire confidence in candidates building on that energy by supporting and encouraging strategic decisions to empower your career at any stage.

The Leadership behind the brand
Paula Renick is a sophisticated coaching professional having spent the last 20 plus years in Executive Search working across a variety of market sectors. High energy, strategic, insightful and successful, she assisted and coached executives with varied business experience as they sought to transition their careers. Her inspirational style is grounded by her understanding of the global marketplace and fueled by her years selecting world-class talent across every function and level for her clients. Future-focused and dedicated to practical solutions Paula takes a holistic approach while assessing talent, skills and tools when leading talent discovery and development.
With her broad business acumen, she has actively placed C-Suite, Board of Directors, Vice Presidents and Directors in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Logistics, and Supply Chain supporting retail, hospitality, manufacturing, service, logistics/supply chain, and entertainment clients from fortune 500 to founder-led start-ups and everything in between.
Some of the most notable assignments include Google, Quaker Oats, MOD Pizza, TIME OUT, Demeter & Co, Harley Davidson, Bloomin' Brands, Jamba Juice and everyone’s favorite Shake Shack.

Previously, Paula worked in Retail, Hospitality and a Cellular Telecommunications service provider in key Human Resource roles supporting leadership as they managed and grew their enterprise. Prior to joining The Elliot Group, she spent ten years with a well-known executive search firm where she grew the specialty retail practice.
Paula earned a Bachelor of Science as well as a master’s degree from Queens College before pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University. Paula participates in several local charities and is an active member of her community. She and her husband, Dan, live in Boca Raton, Florida.
